Our focus has always been on helping people look and, more importantly, feel their best. As one of the first salons in Birmingham to introduce gender-neutral pricing based solely on the service provided, we’re proud to challenge industry norms and celebrate individuality. With over 20 years of experience in the hair industry, Josh has built a reputation for creating beautiful, wearable hair in a welcoming and inclusive environment. After founding Jshaun & Co in 2012, he became the first stylist in Birmingham to introduce gender-neutral pricing, reflecting his commitment to ensuring every client feels comfortable, confident and truly welcome.
Combining technical expertise with a personalised approach, Josh creates hair that not only looks beautiful in the salon but works effortlessly every day. As a Davines stylist, he is passionate about sustainable practices, continuous education and delivering an exceptional experience from consultation to finish.

With over 19 years of experience in the hair industry, Stacey has been an integral part of the Jshaun & Co team since the salon opened in 2012. Her warm, friendly approach and attention to detail have earned her a loyal client base over the years.
Specialising in effortless blondes, flawless updos and stunning long hair transformations, Stacey combines technical expertise with creativity to create beautiful, wearable hair that leaves every client feeling confident and looking their best.

With over 13 years of experience in the hair industry, Lauren has been a valued member of the Jshaun & Co team for the past six years. Her creative eye and approachable nature have made her a favourite with clients looking for something a little different.
Specialising in bold colour transformations, seamless balayage and short alternative cuts, Lauren combines technical skill with creativity to create personalised looks that reflect each client’s individual style and personality.
